We are so committed to the development of our partners (in Doxa Deo we call our congregation members partners), that we established the City Changers Institute (CCI). The purpose of CCI is to train and develop people for their calling as CITY CHANGERS. All our products and programs have a Christ-centred foundation and are leadership-oriented.

City Changers Equipping Programs (Short Courses)

Within all our campuses, a variety of short courses are presented throughout the year. The topics are varied which ensures that there are opportunities for learning and growth in all areas of life. Some of the short courses we present include:

City Changers Ministry Program (Holistic Three Year Course)

We also facilitate a holistic, all inclusive, three year course, preparing our partners for their calling as CITY CHANGERS. We call this the City Changers Ministry Programme (CCMP). In this program we focus on ministry, leadership and life skills.  After completing this course, you will be equipped for your mission as CITY CHANGER! Interested? OK, now it’s getting serious!

The City Changers Institute is growing to play in the big league. As a result we also offer formal accredited qualifications that include among other programs the following:

1.  City Changers Leadership Program

This program includes a two-year Masters degree in conjunction with Regent University  (USA) that focuses on the training and equipping of leaders within broader organisational context.

2.  City Changers Business Program

This program includes a two and a half year MBA qualification in conjunction with Regent University  (USA) that focuses on the training and equipping of people for Christ-centred business practice.

3.  School of Divinity (SoD)

• Campus Ministry – The first SoD option focus on the equipping and training of people who are called into full-time ministry at a local campus (church).

• Creative Ministry – The second SoD option focus on the equipping and training of people who are called into full-time creative communication and worship ministry (worship leaders).

4.  School of Education (SoE)

This program focuses on the equipping and training of people who are called into primary and secondary education (school teachers), through a Christ-centred approach, to bring about city transformation.
